1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the yesbaji website and its associated services — including the sports betting platform, live casino, slots library, crash games, and Jackpot Bingo — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Account Verification (KYC)

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your yesbaji account within 60 seconds of confirmation. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by yesbaji, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.

Disconnection Policy

System Errors & Malfunctions

7 Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of all players, yesbaji strictly prohibits the following activities. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, their balance reviewed, and may be subject to permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Fraud & Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another individual.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.

• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or make decisions on your behalf without human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

yesbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the circumstances described in these Terms. Where possible, yesbaji will notify the account holder of the reason for suspension or closure, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the yesbaji support team via live chat or by emailing support@yesbaji. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with an active bonus or pending wager at the time of closure request will be reviewed by the support team, and relevant balances settled in accordance with these Terms.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their closure request processed immediately, with no cooling-off period and no attempt by yesbaji to dissuade the player. Suspension Due to Breach

During the suspension period, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. yesbaji will communicate the outcome of the investigation and any applicable next steps to the registered email address on file.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon permanent closure, any unused bonus funds will be forfeited. Genuine real-money balances that do not arise from prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment method. yesbaji will retain transaction and account records for the period required by applicable law and internal compliance policy.
